We work with a lot of supermarkets for their in-house brands for a long time, so it is important that we keep our standards high, and ready for 3rd party auditors every day.
Ngayon, we also got an SGS factory audit routinely for the quality control process. Normally they would assess from the following 3 areas
1） documentations throughout the production, from raw material QC inspection to final product check;
2） site tour, to make sure all the protocols are adhered to and being followed from panels to production lines
3） Employee interviews, to make sure all the employees understand the quality check process involved in their role.
We have passed the factory audit again, and are ready for 2022. We know Covid-19 is adding uncertainty to all parts of our life, however, we have to carry on following the protocols, and making sure that we survive the end of this journey. Covid is no excuse but for us to stay ahead of the industry.
